Was referred here when my car guy shut his place down. Crippen Automotive is the place to go. Intoxalock has been horrible and mean and Crippen has made my life more manageable. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them with my intoxalock device. They are prompt. Call you back. And work as a team to get you fixed up. I will be doing future business for all issues. Very trustworthy and kind group. Knowledgeable as well. Non judgmental as well. I can’t say enough good about them. Huge thank you
I have blown into the device over 4 times multiple times and every time I almost pass out. I'm not sure how much harder I can blow. This is dangerous now. Half the time I am unable to pull over so I have to do it while driving which is even more dangerous. With all the technology we have now and this device seems very dated.
