Though Customer service over the phone has for the most part been very good, the app leaves a lot to be desired. I have made several attempts to advise changes to reflect that I am scheduled for removal and all payments are final and approval for removal has all been acknowledged, but there still has been several notifications sent for me to renew my lease. Sound Radio is where I go to calibrate the interlock in my vehicle. I’m treated with respect and they always provide prompt service . I’m very thankful that they make a challenging time in my life a little easier.
Absolutely stay away from Intoxalock! They are extremely slow at communicating with the DOL. It has taken more than 2 weeks for them to send verification of installation. Customer service call center is in India. There are much better devices out there!
