Was able to get the installation done immediately and it was finished when they said. Explained the device operations very accurately and in a timely fashion.
After freezing in an unheated garage ( Michigan in December) during our Intoxalock installation in Elmira, MI and not being properly trained to operate it, he blew in it and sent me on my way for $140. I got the vehicle locked down before I ever drove.
