Do not get intoxalock. This company will NOT help and will make your life so much harder than what it already is. It will take this company months to even send paperwork to the dmv and every time you call they say they sent it. After going to 3 dmv's, i had to call for a 4th time and the dmv STILL didnt have the paperwork until i called AGAIN and had them resend it. They where very prompt and helpfull
Intoxalock is by far the most difficult company to deal with. The have the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever done business with by far. The fact that you cannot even email a complaint says it all. The sailor times often exceed 1 hr. They charge you for lock outs even when the device is faulty. If you were unfortunate enough to pay extra for their towing service you’ll know it’s a scam. My device shorted out while I was driving causing sparks to come out of the unit. This location was recommended by Intoxalock. I brought my vehicle in at 9am for a 1 to 3 hour iIntoxalock install. The installation was professionally completed and the tutorial video online was very helpful. I’m back on the road again. Thanks, you’re the best !
The staff member who was working the front desk was extremely rude. I was waiting to get my keys for my car that was serviced and he was more eager to help the next customer behind me, who I overheard was buying speakers for her son’s car. I asked him if he could help me work the device that was recently installed in my vehicle and he again, in frustration said I’m the only one here.
