I have been on the phone with customer service for a few days now trying to get device switched to another vehicle. The deal ship is now becoming very angry with me because they want my car which was a trade in. I called to get work order submitted, finally last night( two days later) the order was put in. However the pst two days at car toys they have yet to even pick up their phones. Back in February I was told there was a technician who would personally come and switch the device out. Waiting for my affidavit went to take my DMV written test and I showed my install paper. But they haven't received your paperwork so I cant take the test. They did respond quickly and have resolved my issue .
