My experience was great had no problem driving on my way back from installation it was good.
My only issue is the wait time to speak with an assistance, I have never called without the message that you were experiencing a heavy call volume. I needed roadside assistance and needed to be towed to the installation facility which turned out to be a failure of one of the handheld components. I called my Mercedes road side assistance after being on hold for over 30 minutes but they could not fix it. I ended up calling your company back for the tow.
