This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. My vehicle had intoxalock installed October of 2023. Which I had been paying since August 2023 but they never finished the paperwork to actually get the system installed until October. My vehicle became inoperable in May 2024. I'm 99% sure that it was the system that caused the computer in my van to fail. The vehicle sat in two different mechanic shops for a total of 6 months and neither one was able to fix the damage.
