First call great. But spelled my First & Last name wrong. Spelled my address wrong. Got my email wrong. Called to sign the lease because could not login. The customer service basically hung up on me & said he'd mail out a copy for me to sign -& return. And still can't sign into my account. You can take it from there. System is working great tho.
Great people, friendly, and aren't afraid to offer up help with any questions one might have!! Definitely going back!
This is actually an auto repair shop (Murphy's) that is a certified installer for Intoxalock. They replaced a motor in my SUV & do all my auto repairs
