i have been trying to get ahold of them for a week calling several times every day and cant get anyone to pick up.
This Ignition interlock device company is horrible. They charge 100 a month to pretty much keep a app that doesn't work running and to compile the data the IID gets. I have sunk 3,000 plus into the process already and now they suck another 1000 plus for this section of the process. The price is way to high for the service provided. I've also heard they charge you after you get the iid Uninstalled
