Stay away from intoxalock! Super upset with this company. “my vehicle had a total electrical failure prior to any attempt to operate. I was physically unable to provide a breath sample. I am requesting fee review due to non-operational vehicle condition.” They charged 79.50 for a reset lockout. The morning of the reset lockout my battery and my electrical system were completely dead in the morning. Had issues with this company in the beginning but the intoxalock customer service came through big. Surprised me. If anybody has a problem with this service in the beginning don't worry they do have customer service that can actually do something for you. Just got to find them. Intoxalock pricing is on the lower end of the spectrum which helps. Just don't pay over $400 to have the device installed because that's just absurd and legit robbery.
Excellent Customer Service + Maintenance work + Interlock device system !!! Olsen's is definitely the place to go if you need anything done to your vehicle. They are honest and reliable. If you need something done right away they are willing to work with you.
The staff is very friendly. Great service.
