Horrible experience I will shut my car off. It would count down telling me I could actually leave the vehicle and then changed to a rolling retest while I was outside the vehicle. They rack up money. It goes off every 15 minutes while you’re driving even if it’s cause country where they told me, it was mandatory by my state which I’m going through a different company now and it is not mandatory for it to go every 15 minutes basically do that so Miss retest and have to pay money stay away from this company
The concept of the device is great. Having the device helped me face my alcoholism. The support and customer service team, on the other hand need SO much work. 45+ min on hold to speak with someone and you’re very lucky if they can actually help you with why you called. It took me a week to get device removal scheduled even though I did every step right. Just frustrating to deal with them as a company.
