Was given several documents that explained the intoxalock after it was installed by a woman at Dashboard.Acted as if she was in a hurry. Sign here initial here she said . She did not introduce herself . When she went to the van to explain how to blow into the handheld device she did not explain it so I could blow into it and start my van . I went back a few days later and started my van when dashboard was closed. She failed to tell me to inhale first.
