The owner of Pacific Coast Audio is superb. I give him 5/5 stars. Intoxalock ignition interlock gets 3/5 stars. Somewhat vague and surly phone representative. Instructions are vague on their mobile app. I just wasn't impressed with Intoxalock. Their attitude seems to reflect that "you have no choice cause the courts mandated you do this".
