Over all an OK experience. Service was very slow. We were told to be at the garage at 8 so we would be first to go into the shop for the installation. Our drive from Jackman is about 2 hours and getting to Skowhegan was a pain. Would have been nice to get a call to say there was a job in front of us and that a mechanic was out sick, that there would be a delay. We got out at about noon. Service was friendly.
Three devices later still doesn't work right and should not have to test while driving that is a hazard and distraction to the driver. The garage was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me none the less.
