Quick and honest
The support for this device might as well be non-existent!! 15-45min hold times, 3rd party contractors to answer phones, language barriers, trying to message through my Intoxalock account and they don't have my SSN or my name on file...the list goes on!! Definitely the reason NEVER to get a DUI again!! This company should be embarrassed!!
