I was stuck in a freezing parking lot for 10 min. trying to start my vehicle. It made me test nearly 5 or 6 times (I lost count after 4 due to frustration) before it finally accepted the sample. I had surgery on my mouth and jaw several weeks ago, so I shouldn't be blowing into the device as hard as its making me. It's not doing anything good for my healing process. Always real quick when I need to do bimonthly calibration. Fastest and friendliest I have found. A little cheaper than others too.

Customer service was good with reaching out to me about battery issue. I do wish the pamphlet I was initially given had the information regarding power saving, knowing it before hand would have definitely been helpful, but none the less they were quick with getting ahold of me and helping trouble shoot when I had battery issues.

You should design a more power efficient product, or make a device that can be disconnected and charged separately. I put a brand new battery in my truck, and the short 2 months that I've had the interlock in, it had completely depleted my brand new battery. I have to have my vehicle connected to a trickle charger plugged into an AC outlet 24/7 otherwise my vehicle and the interlock dies. I can't afford to purchase a new car battery every month, nor can I afford my electric bill if I'm drawing electricity 24/7 to charge one.... read more
