Terrible equipment. Have had system replaced twice in the last 8 months. Both times leaving me without a vehicle for over a week. Unreliable service center and difficult communications.
The company is absolutely horrible never wanting to help just trying to get you out of your money glad I will never deal with them again
My experience with Car Toys was good. Had my in home unit calibrated. Seem Professional, & curious. Out in less than 10 minutes.
Just decided to go with them because I needed an interlock for a year, I initially wanted the ignition but switched to the mobile device and it's kinda buggy and needs to be worked out, customer service could be a tad better but I get what I get for getting a dwi.
