This place is trash!!!
Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Was put on hold for an hour, called back and talked to someone for less than 2 minutes, was put back on hold for another hour! Gave up and absolutely loath the thought of trying to call them tomorrow. My device was removed and they are still charging me biweekly! If you are mandated to have a device in your vehicle, take my advice and use another company instead. (Side note, I’ve been stuck with this company for years and this is not the first issue)
