I've had a great experience with a intoxalock. They've made this process so much easier, answers all my questions, even found me car insurance! The roadside assistance that comes with the device is very helpful considering the mechanic must've messed something up with my car putting the device in because since I brought it home from the getting it installed my car won't start, intoxalock was great at trying to walk me through disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to see if that was the problem and it was not.
