Mr.Piccarillo was very efficient and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell in case I had any problems or questions.
I've had a great experience with a intoxalock. They've made this process so much easier, answers all my questions, even found me car insurance! The roadside assistance that comes with the device is very helpful considering the mechanic must've messed something up with my car putting the device in because since I brought it home from the getting it installed my car won't start, intoxalock was great at trying to walk me through disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to see if that was the problem and it was not. If i could give negative stars i would! Hes a complete fool who shouldnt touch a vehicle ever! Cant calibrate a intoxalock and the tells the customer its the towing guys fault! I wasnt aware that it was hooked up to the axle and not the fuel system 🤔
