I was impressed with the knowledge shared to utilize the tester. The new tester requires many important testing skills to successfully pass a breath test. I had problems with coordinating my breath. I was coached by the installer on how to properly do the test. Each calibration (now 9 months) have been very quick & professional. I have never had trouble when driving with this system. I am so glad that I found a local installer, calibrator who supports a remote location. CHEERS
