Update: They have made it right. I have updated the rating to 3 stars. We will see how things continue. This has been the worst experience. Sent the wrong device to the installer. Kept scheduling appointments, canceling them and sending threatening emails and calls telling me that I missed my appointment. Even after it had been installed 2 days, still getting calls and emails saying I missed my appointment. Can't sign the lease on the app or the website. Keeps spinning saying processing for hours.
