Blanca from Intoxalock was AMAZING!! I had an issue with my billing initially but she called me and was able to rectify the situation. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Blanca was great, extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs. The ultimate bait and switch. There is no mail in rebate, the people likely get paid to get you to sign up with the fake promises. You can get violated for ANYTHING, including your car stalling. If you tell them your car is at the shop for Maintenence, it does not stop the device from making you blow to start it so you must be present at the dealership / mechanic the entire time your car is there for repair. On top of that they violate you regardless when you are under Maintenence mode... read more
