Daniel in customer service is excellent got back to me right away
Overall pretty good—just got it yesterday so I’m still trying to learn how to breathe. Very patient with me, nonetheless.
Action Auto did all they could to install the device. But they had my car a week and a half and ended up charging me twice the quoted price. I’m told the delay was in part due to Intoxalock not providing them with the correct electrical diagrams for my car. If this is what I can expect going forward I will not be a happy camper, I think I should get a credit against the install fee. A 2-3 hr install takes a week and a half and a $300 installation becomes $600. What do you think?
Absolutely horrible Customer service to begin with. However with that said Daniel in Media relations had the remedy and patience to deal with my frustrations The problem was solved and we move on with our business together. The mark of good company is how they handle problems when they arise. Intoxalock did an extremely good job with this situation. UPDATE My new problem was solved. Daniel listened got to the bottom of the situation and provided a remedy. He is a star for Intoxalock
