My unit says vol 3 required-lockout. What does that mean?
Gavin with Pete's treated my husband with nothing but respect. The whole facility was quick and efficient. We both want to thank Gavin for his wonderful customer service The intoxalock representative Greg was outstanding. He walked us through this process so smoothly. He also connected us with a wonderful representative for insurance. He made this process much easier to go through.
This is in three parts with an adjunct. 1) The service to install the device was very nice and friendly. The technician showed me how to breathe into the device so that my car would start. What he did not do was tell me how to shut it off so it didn't drain my battery. I initially gave them a 1 star for lack of information on how the interlock device worked. 2) When I got home I shut the car off and the lights and words were still lit on the device.
