I have had this device for three years and it has drained two sets of batteries until they will no longer take a charge. Then, I get charged a $100 Lockout fee. They've replaced the unit once for battery drain that helped temporarily, but we are right back where we started now. It gets worse in colder months when the unit has to warm itself up. I must say there was a representative at one time that would credit the fraudulent fees , however, she hasn't answered her phone in months. It just goes straight to voicemail. I have ... read more
