Our experience with Intoxalock started out surprisingly great. When it was time to INSTALL the device, they were responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. Funny how quickly that level of customer service seems to disappear once it’s time to STOP paying for the device. We contacted Intoxalock 9 days ago to begin the removal process. Nine days.
