I had my device installed at a garage that had little knowledge about my vehicle and how the device works. I had 2 lockouts before I ever got my license back because my battery has a power trickle shutoff. I got reimbursement for these lockouts. They ignore you when you tell them that you own a hybrid vehicle that can't have power trickle off of your battery and charge you lock out fees. They will tell you that the second calibration is 3 months out and you'll get a system lock out fee when it requires you to get calibrated a month early on your second calibration. The garage knows nothing about the unit that they install and place the blame on intoxalock after they both give false information on the second calibration.
