Updated after original posting: See bottom for new comments: Not a total disaster of a company to get an Ignition Interlock Device from, but beware of a few things. My initial call to get the device was answered promptly, and during the call, the rep, Mauricio, told me I could pay monthly or every two weeks, but he had to set me up with the two week payment and then I could call and change it to monthly. Very happy with the job they did & I would absolutely recommend them for anyone else to have any kind of work done there! Very professional & did my job in a timely fashion & I had no issues!! Thanks Car Audio for making my experience great, no one wants to have a interlock device installed in their vehicle but they made it easier for me & I have no complaints
