Updated after original posting: See bottom for new comments: Not a total disaster of a company to get an Ignition Interlock Device from, but beware of a few things. My initial call to get the device was answered promptly, and during the call, the rep, Mauricio, told me I could pay monthly or every two weeks, but he had to set me up with the two week payment and then I could call and change it to monthly.
