Customer service is practically impossible to get ahold of. They use a ton of different phone numbers that get you the same result. My car battery as well as other car parts were killed by the device just weeks after having it. Despite my car not being able to turn on because of this they wouldn’t move the calibration date back just one day because of “Texas Law” blah blah. Don't go here to service your device. They charge more than double what most places do. Update 9/11/20: After receiving a call from the company'scustomer satisfaction department, I was refunded a service charge and one month of service, after having a bad experience with customer service on the phone. I still left the review of three stars for the actual service center, car toys, because they charge twice what I normally pay, and the employee I had to deal with was unpleasant.
