I had an appt at 10 am was told by your company it would take 3 hrs and It took til 3. The tech made a mistake on the DMV paperwork and DMV would not take it. He did not show me how to use it in my car he demonstrated it on an old device in his shop which did not show me how to use it in my car He is a young man that can't admit he made a mistake so I have had the device for 6 days and I am still waiting on paperwork.
