I had an issue contacting anyone with the company. I tried to leave a message from the phone but it said the mailbox was full. I tried to find an email address but wasn't able to. I found that pretty frustrating. I finally wrote a pretty harsh review. The next morning I had a call from a lady with the company. I explained my issue and she seemed to understand my frustration. The customers service at this shop is impeccable. They are so kind, caring and understanding. They are very efficient in there services and go above and beyond to meet the customers. Lou is the best ever.
This place is amazing! They have made it a dream to work with my breathalyzer which I have to have for 5 yrs !! Ugh! So be it! Thanks A1 Smog
