I had nothing but horrible experiences with this device, over charged, horrible customer service as well, wish there was a negative star review

My experience has been overall positive. The device can be finiky at first. After a day or so, you pick it up like second nature
The device is horrible and costing more after the official 400 dollars. Making me lose more money
