Worst thing in the world. Rarely works, leaves you stranded, customer service takes minimum 30 minutes to get a hold of every time
This company is really hard to work with. After meeting all the requirements for the State, and calling intoxalock I was scheduled in, but later that day I found out that the state made an error and I called to cancel and ask for a refund. They charged me with a no show and I told them that I wasn't a now show, but I had contacted your support and let them know what had happened Before the scheduled time.... I have proof of this.
