This company uses predatory sales tactics. Be very careful and shop around. I talked these guys down from $120/month to $42 in the matter of a few minutes. (your response to this review is not consistent with what 2 of your "sales managers" have confirmed for me.)
Terribly slow customer service with an over complicated device. Use somebody else
This device is terrible! Not only is it hard to use and unnecessarily large, it is expensive and requires retests every 6 minutes! I've paid hundreds of dollars for this device, and now that my case has been dismissed and I am no longer required to have it, they want to charge me a fee to close my account and another fee to have it removed. If you are required to have an interlock, choose ANY other device and company before you choose Intoxalock!
