Worst company of all time. Constant fees not mentioned at time of initial consultation. I called five different times in an attempt to have my unit removed at the end of my service and received numerous answers none of which were the same. There are fees which they don’t tell you about. The battery died in my car because the unit attempts to keep itself warm in the winter and I was told this was a violation and I’d be charged 75$ and that I wouldn’t be in compliance to have the unit removed legally. This company is full of fees and nonstop DRAMA! Over and over I had lockouts that were not bc I missed any retests, but bc it was not installed correctly, now since it’s been f-ed up for the last 6 months Pennsylvania added 4 months before I can get it out. Complete garbage and nothing but a money racket for the people who install and the company
This company is complete garbage. They will charge you constant fees which were not in the initial agreement. $75 here, $75 there. After 6 months (half of the time I was to have the unit installed) I told them to piss off and that I wanted to get another company. They took the unit out and never notified PennDOT. Then when I tried to get the new company's unit installed, they stated that I couldn't because I didn't have a restoration requirement letter.
