I have to say, the worst experience I have ever encountered. Staff are rude, overbearing and they have zero compassion for the situation. My truck wouldn't start, it was -40 degrees for 3 days consecutive. I called into alock, I was told sorry about my luck, you have till midnight to have your vehicle to the shop. It cost me 500 dollars to get the truck running, being in that cold all day. I left work at 1230 am, started the car, got 5 minutes away. Re sample, shows .027 I stopped no where, re test .019.
