Amazing staff
I have done mystery shops for this company in the past with no problems, however recently they declined one of my shops. They claimed a picture I took of a bathroom was outside of the bathroom. I talked about in the comment section of the secret shop that this client was using the inside of the bathroom as storage. Long ago I created a gigspot account and got absolutely bombarded with emails. I contacted them to delete my account and info and stopped receiving emails from them but have received several emails from alta360, who I don't remember creating an account with but I attempted to contact them and have them delete my account/info and the email on their website returned as unbelievable.. wonderful. This is a mediocre company that profits from an absurd and outdated "mystery shopper" system. Serious companies with high integrity in their work practices no longer need to resort to these "visits" to provide good service. At the company where I work, they pay these people to "conduct evaluations," which is a waste of money. The money they spend on them should be used to give raises to their own employees.
