From start to finish, Into blinds have been nothing but amazing! Their prompt communication has been fantastic. Incredibly impressed with our installer Eddie who showed such high level of attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!
The whole process was seamless and easy. Everyone was super lovely, and Eddie did a fantastic job with the installation. So happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their space. So so impressed.
I’m writing this review to express my frustration with the ongoing issues regarding my recent order with Into Blinds. It has now been over six weeks, and we still do not have the blind correctly installed. Despite multiple visits to measure and install, the measurements were incorrect on five separate occasions. Even worse, the installers were repeatedly sent out with the same incorrect blind that had not been altered, meaning the issue was never properly addressed.
