Wow, so bad. I would strongly advise looking to get your blinds from a different company from this place. I can only assume that all these positive reviews are paid for because my experience was really terrible. I get the sense that the business as a whole is kind of unravelling. Do not order your blinds from these people. Excellent service provision with Intoblinds. They are responsive to queries, set up appointments- with reminders and updates via SMS- and service calls are usually within the timeframe specified. Brayden was my installer today, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. My blinds were paired with my device within minutes. I’ve been really impressed with Intoblinds.
