I have 5 crush fractures in my back and for the last 10 yrs Into Balance have kept me upright and virtually pain free. Compared to other modalities, Jodie and her Bowen treatments are pain-free, relaxing and treat the root cause of problems. Thank you so much to Justin in the early days and now Jodie my hidden gem.
Tony is amazing Always feel so relaxed after a session. I used to suffer with Sciatic pain but no longer due to Bowen Therapy..Highly recommend Tony he is the best practitioner.
