I have been left owing HUNDREDS to the state of California due to a mistake by RJ KELLY, the owner of this business. This is not an accusation, but rather, a mistake he already admitted making. After promising that he would take care of me if I got a bill, he decided to go back on that promise, and despite giving him documented proof I owed money based on his mistake, he refused to even address it. If you own a business I would not recommend letting them do your taxes. They are unorganized, slow to get your taxes done in an acceptable timeframe and do not pay attention to detail at all. To make matters worse some of the employees speak very broken English (India) so it’s hard to communicate effectively with them. BTW after they did my taxes I was audited for a schedule “C” for my business miles and they kept telling me that they were working on it.
