It has been a great experience working with Salem and optimizing our intiveo system for our dental clinic. The annual account reviews brings lots of insight on where we are doing well and what we can do to improve workflows. Would recommend intiveo for any offices with high volume patient bookings.

Très belle expérience avec Intiveo. L'intégration a été simple et bien accompagnée. Le système nous permet de gagner du temps au secrétariat, d'obtenir davantage d'avis Google et d'améliorer nos communications avec les patients. Plusieurs nous ont d'ailleurs mentionné apprécier cette nouvelle méthode de confirmation de rendez-vous. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix.
As a long time customer I would advise NOT getting this service. With the service it provides at an exponential amount of money, just roll sms/email reminders into your practice management software contract. Had a less than productive discussion with the VP of customer experience and no help at all. They will lock you in for a year and IT IS NOT NECESSARY.
