Had a prenatal massage with Jessica *Jesse* and what a positive experience overall! Being a new mom to be, pregnancy weight has definitely changed the way my body moves and feels. I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. Jessica is amazing. She was helping smooth out a difficult knot in my back, and she had me breath through it. I literally said, "That was so magical I think I drooled on your pillow." When Jessica touches you, you can feel the knowledge and experience through her hands.
