I ordered a love seat and recliner from Big Lots. The company called to see if Friday would work. I called left a voicemail and didnt hear back until 1 week later and they wanted to deliver for the following Friday. They are not good at returning calls and only deliver on Fridays which does not work with my schedule so I got a refund on my items because between Big Lots and this delivery company both of them suck. Big lots could not have them deliver the items to the Carson City store which is a bit ridiculous.

Horrible to get a hold of. Gave me wrong number in the voicemail. Nice when they actually deliver but the rude lady on the phone and the amount of times I called and got no response or just excuses from them was too many.

If you are ever in need of an item delivered, please make sure it is not done by this horrible company Interwest. Ordered a bed online from Costco and this was their delivery company of choice. The first delivery message from Betty stated they would be delivering the next day in the middle of the day. When I called back to tell her I was working and needed a different day she asked me why I had not let them know this. Because this was the first time speaking with anyone at the company.
