Set weight heading south. The Interval Weight Loss program has “struck a chord” with me. Science backed- fairly easy to manage and nothing is off limits in terms of food-just a sensible approach . The monthly chats with Tina, the dietitian, have been very helpful especially helping with encouraging a variety of protein and meal ideas. This is not a “ quick fix” but a managed lifestyle change to improving my health. The App/ website are easy to navigate and there is live coaching if needed. Great program

I have been very grateful to come across the IWL program I’ve found it easy to follow with the 3/2/1 portion style of eating love the fact I can eat carbs again nuts and fruit.
