I have found the IWL program contains a wealth of information, with learning tools, exercise programs, recipes etc and incentives to earn more points. The unique approach to weight loss, based on science, is very effective in achieving and maintaining weight loss.

I have been participating in the IWL program for the past five weeks, and I am very pleased with the progress I have made so far. I love the app — it offers wonderful recipes and great resources. The highlight of the program for me has been my chats with Christina F, my dietitian. As a vegetarian, I have always found it tricky to add enough protein to my meals. From my experience so far this is a science-backed program that very effectively guides people back to sustainable lifestyle habits. Guidance is via a comprehensive app, books by Dr Nick Fuller and dietician access.

Nine months down the track and I have lost 10 kilos. Not a huge loss by "diet " standards but then I am not on a diet. This approach to slow and steady weight loss has changed my habits about food and what I reach for as a snack. There are no lists of foods you should or shouldn't eat, no meal plans, no shakes nor meal replacements.
