This is a great program because it doesn't just give you recipes, it educates you. It shows you how to eat (portion size and when), the importance of behaviour change ( exercise and sleep routines) and shows that little steps are better for keeping weight off in the long run. The program allows you access to professionals who support the process. I am much more mindful of what I am eating and my core strength and balance have improved dramatically. Feedback on the IWL Program I genuinely believe in the IWL program and the research behind it. I highly recommend this program. It’s evidence-based and it works. I feel the healthiest and best I have felt in decades. It is an extremely smart investment. I have been on the IWL program for about 4 months. I started on my own and then upgraded and was assigned Tina as my dietician. It took me a while to really understand the program. That was primarily because it's really simple at a high level buy it's really a eating and lifestyle program rather than a diet. I have been enjoying this program for a while now and whilst i do stray have thoroughly enjoyed what Nick Fuller has designed. Easy to follow and certainly allows you to eat a variety of foods.
