Losing weight slowly and following a program that is suited to my lifestyle but also backed by science is a huge change for me. It’s allowed me to love life whilst still feeling good and having accountability over my weight. Coaching is available 24/7 and lots of resources!
So far so good… realistic expectations for weight loss, physical anctivity and a wholistic approach to health that will result in sustained weight loss. The monthly chat with dietician Tina helps so much, to make the program work for me as a person. It’s good to feel understood. 10/10 recommend.
From Del Ritchie. Thank you IWL. I may be the 'bad child' in your family but I am getting there! I focus on my health, with weight coming second. Weight moving slowly, but feeling amazing. Set weight heading south. My waist down by 6cm, body shape changed, sleeping better, exercising is a tonic for many things, lost my craving for chocolate, drinking less alcohol and mindful of how much and what when I do. The Interval Weight Loss program has “struck a chord” with me. Science backed- fairly easy to manage and nothing is off limits in terms of food-just a sensible approach . The monthly chats with Tina, the dietitian, have been very helpful especially helping with encouraging a variety of protein and meal ideas. This is not a “ quick fix” but a managed lifestyle change to improving my health. The App/ website are easy to navigate and there is live coaching if needed. Great program
Sustainable approach with incredible support! Interval Weight Loss has completely changed the way I approach health and weight.
