Score of 0 stars if I could. The owner of this store is a constant liar and strings you along. DO NOT BUY from her. We paid in full early this year for European designer chairs and she lied to us with all sorts of fabricated stories about delivery 6 weeks. We got tired of weeks of lies 'They are coming today' "They went to the - wrong city' or "Wrong house' or ' an office' etc and she wouldn't give us a tracking number. BUYER BEWARE! We paid in full upfront (as required by Interstudio Melbourne) for a desk and office chair and after months of unacceptable excuses for the delays in completing our order we finally had to cancel and demand our money back. The whole experience was stressful and we have lost time sourcing a desk/chair that is needed for a child studying VCE. Don't waste your time - go elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I called to ask for some information related to furniture and their products and the person who pick up the phone didn't allow me to even finish speaking when she hung up on me. really thanks for nothing.
