I was diagnosed with IC 30 years ago and was given very little information by my doctors. I found the ICA website and was amazed at the wealth of information available to patients and their caregivers! Besides the website, The ICA also holds informational podcasts and webinars. They advocate on Capitol Hill for funding to further research and education. The ICA is the only non-profit organization that provides so much support to those suffering from IC!
