I had a very frustrating experience with this business. My white Jeep Rubicon was taken by their employee Preston Hatter. They have allowed Preston Hatter to store the vehicle on their yard for about two months now, and I’ve been unable to retrieve it. I was told that a repo agent needs to come get it, but there has been no real assistance or urgency from their side. Communication has also been extremely difficult. Driver of truck 3737 didn’t stop at the stop sign and about took the front end of my truck off . And just left. Went around the scales probably cause he wasn’t legal . My dog hit the dash and the vet bill was over 600$ no one is covering that bill but me . Thanks for all the problems.

Extremely unsafe discourteous not one ounce of professionalism perhaps it's just this one driver ( skinny much older and barely spoke English) shipper be ware

Interstate Solutions ,turn off the loud music , the neighborhood behind and around your trucking company doesn’t want to hear it.This extremely loud and obnoxious music has been on for several hours already.Your vehicles are Annoying enough without this terrible music.
