Rude and condescending staff, from the front desk to the guys working the yard. Only reason I went back there is because I made a purchase with them before and wanted the same exact style. Will no longer offer up my business to them. Treatment of a customer goes a long way. Its an unfortunate thing.
Ordering sample pulls and knobs with Darrin was so nice because he actually knows the products. Fun experience! Beautiful showroom and I will be back!
