Staff are usually very friendly but lately the place is horrible understaffed, strict, unprofessional and unacceptable. Wait lines are 3x the normal time and they can’t seem how to navigate the new laws and regulations. They need to get it together or they will loose fellow donors. These folks also enjoy removing honest reviews so will see how long this lasts.
They were all very kind. They explain the process to you and answer any questions you might have. Definitely recommend this facility.
