We started using Interstate Automotive once our company got into delivery trucks. I started bringing my personal vehicle here. People always worry that their mechanic is trying to sell you some service or part they don't need. You don't have to worry about that here. Doug is honest, friendly, and he doesn't perform extra work that you don't need.
Good guy. He lets you know that he works alone so if you need it fast, that may not happen. But it is done 100% right!!! That doesn't happen very much anymore. If you make an appointment, he does his best to get it back in a timely manner. But if you have an emergency repair, he might not be able to get to you quickly. But he lets you know up front. Doesn't put off your phone calls for 3 days, then tell you it will be another 5. Tells you everything up front.
