Wonderful store. My 1999 red Jaguar XJ 8 has some of the most frustratingly sensitive batteries in the key fob and car. After fruitless attempts to get the key fobs working with new batteries on my own, Grant and his team effortlessly got both fixed and re programmed them to the car, at no charge at all. There services truly go beyond just batteries, saving me hundreds of dollars from Jaguar Land Rover dealerships. Thank you, Grant and Team!

Grant came to our rescue today. We are from Virginia and came to Dutch Wonderland to spend the day with our daughter, son in law and granddaughters. When we arrived at the motel, my car would not start. We tried jumping it, but my battery pack wasn't charged enough to restart it. I called and Grant said he could help us, praise God! What do you do when both of your RV house batteries die in the middle of a long trip? You go to Interstate Batteries, particularly the one on the Oregon Pike in Lancaster, PA. Fabulous customer service, great work - even cleaned the battery bay! In and out in no time at all!
My husband and I brought our car in on Saturday that had an issue with the battery that - to our surprise- was covered under the warranty. Brian had us in and out in under 20 minutes. Very personable and outstanding customer service!
